Information we handle

When you sign in, VibeSense receives your verified email address from GitHub or Google. The service also stores account and purchase records, game entitlements, download activity, access-token metadata, reviews you submit, and messages sent through the contact form. For guests, an IP address is used to enforce the contact form's one-message-per-day limit.

How it is used

This information is used to sign you in, deliver purchases and downloads, prevent duplicate charges and contact-form abuse, show your reviews, provide support, and operate the service. VibeSense does not sell personal information or use third-party advertising trackers.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the site, stores service data, and delivers contact email. GitHub and Google provide sign-in. Stripe processes paid purchases; payment card details go directly to Stripe and are not stored by VibeSense. Each provider handles information under its own privacy terms.

Cookies and security

VibeSense uses secure, HTTP-only cookies for sign-in and OAuth protection. Personal access tokens are stored only as cryptographic hashes. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Questions and requests

To ask a privacy question or request access, correction, or deletion of your account information, use the contact form. Some records may need to be retained for fraud prevention, legal, accounting, or security purposes.
